Water Spirit Spa & Retreats Inc. was established in January 2021 and it is a unique 100% Indigenous owned and operated business located on a Metis Settlement. They currently offer on-site and off-site massage therapy in our St. Paul location, including energy therapy such as Reflexology, Reiki & Craniosacral therapy along with unique day and weekend land based learning retreats focused on Metis & Indigenous knowledge; utilizing local knowledge keepers and guides.
The business is located at the Fishing Lake Metis Settlement on a peninsula surrounded by the tranquility of a quiet lake and nature. Access to a private trail along the lake gives access to beautiful scenery and an abundance of trees, birds and wildlife. Accommodation is available for retreat/workshop guests. Stay in a tipi, trapper’s tent or tree house and enjoy the night sky and stars, or bring your own RV or tent, porta-potty and access to potable water on site. Custom workshops for weekend or days can be arranged, contact the owner to discuss.
