My name is Larry McLean and I’ve been working in the commercial glass industry for over 22 years. I started on the tools before working as a Service Manager for the past 16 years. I recently left my long-standing position with Templeton Glass Industries Ltd. to pursue my own business. The ongoing pandemic has created some distinct challenges for businesses, those established and those just starting out. Due to my reputation in the glass industry, our valuable client relationships and performance standards we’ve been successful in launching Spearhead Glass & Glazing Ltd. We are committed to supporting our customers and our community. Our future goals include working collaboratively with local trade institutions to develop a work experience program that would support youth in learning about the glass trade through mentorship opportunities and apprenticeship training.
