Our customers download the “Parcelpik Customers” app from the App Store or Google Play and they create an account. Once the account is setup, they can place pickup and delivery orders on their mobile devices or desktop. Our agents also download the “Parcelpik Agents” app from the App Store or Google Play and they create an account. Once their account is approved, agents can start receiving and accepting delivery orders. When a delivery order has been accepted, our customers can track and communicate the agent in real time throughout the delivery process.
