As a former Olympian (2002 Olympics, Skeleton) and retired RCMP officer, I, Pascal RICHARD (OLY) bring with me a wealth and diversity of experience. The years of discipline and diplomacy make me perfectly suited to help with all your property maintenance needs. I began mowing my parent’s lawn from the age of 10, where I also picked up contracts around the neighborhood. From there, I worked at a golf course (greens and fairways maintenance) for six years, and have been a homeowner for over 25 years. This history has given me exposure to a range of home and yard care, and I endeavor to bring with me the pride of ownership that I apply in my own property. OPS is a property maintenance company that services the town of Cochrane and surrounding areas with lawn care, junk removal, light hauling and property checks when clients are away. We strive to provide service which is a cut above the competition and our attention to detail is second to none.
