Nordic Storm Pet Apparel Co. came together while visiting family in Mexico City in 2018. Karen Raya is a talented Mexico City based designer and seamstress known for her quality work and creative costume designs. After brainstorming ideas and visiting fabric stores, Karen and Laura came up with some amazing products to keep pets warm and stylish in Canada and around the world.

The shop is named after our family westie, Nordic Storm, who was born in Mexico City and now living in Canada — just like our apparel! She came with the name Nordic Storm so we joke she was destined for life in Canada.
