Lohee’s Natural Honey started as our family’s decision to reduce over-processed sugar from our diet and introduce our children to a healthy substitute.
In our quest for a natural sweetener, we found this unpasteurized honey from a local honey bee farm in Alberta.
We loved that it was not processed or refined which meant it had bee pollen and propolis intact.
As well as being a food sweetener, unpasteurized honey also have health benefits like antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
