Coaching – This is suitable for both new and experienced staff in lifeguard, instructor, programmer, pool operator, aquatic supervisor or facility manager positions. We connect remotely as often as necessary based on your individual needs and schedule.
Consulting – We can help you: no matter how big or small the project. We provide non-judgmental guidance and resources with an educated, experienced and unbiased perspective.
Speaking – Katie Crysdale is a frequent speaker at conferences, workshops, and other aquatic/recreation events. Widely connected and well read, Katie consolidates a lot of information and uses empathy and experience to weave practical solutions and honest advice.
Teaching – We offer a variety of aquatic certifications, including the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) class required to operate commercial public swimming pools in Canada.
