Since 2016, I have moved into the city of Leduc, with my family, I noticed a lack of French tutoring in the community that encouraged me to act as a French tutor for my children. After almost 10 years of teaching, I also noticed that parents and students who were learning in French language, especially in the English-speaking environment, are usually looking for help after schools’ hours.
For all that reasons, as a French native speaker and certified teacher, me and my team, we decided to create Frenchetvoila
Frenchetvoila is a privately owned language resource that offers educational tutoring services in French, to both children and adults alike. Our classes and tutoring sessions are primarily one-on-one and small group sizes with specialized focus on Language, Reading, Spelling, Conversation and Mathematics.We tutor Math and French, for grades K-12 and also adults.
The main goal of my idea is to inspire and encourage the growth of a bilingual community where young students and adults can improve their skills in French. This means that learning French through our services Children in the community will improve their academic performance and adults will develop their communication skills in both official languages; which will open new career and professional opportunities in addition to building relationships in both languages.
