Empowered Life Counselling is a contemporary private practice located in Calgary, AB. I offer online therapeutic counselling sessions for individuals, couples and parents that are experiencing challenges with the additional pressure and considerations of parenthood. I also offer educational workshops and classes that provide tools to help empower parents on their journey to better relationships with their children and with each other.
