At Busted Ladies Lingerie, women support women in their search for properly fitted, supportive and feminine undergarments. We offer big city selection in styles & brands, and ensure that each customer is treated like our new best friend. We provide an uplifting experience in a professional, comfortable and compassionate manner, encouraging all women to embrace themselves and be confident in the woman that they are.
Customer Commitment: We develop relationships with women that enable us to provide them with proper fitting, supportive undergarments. We listen to our customer’s concerns and questions; we educate our customer about proper fit; we provide options in styles, brands and colors whenever feasible to do so; we value honesty above the sale.
Quality: We regularly attend lingerie markets, seek out new brands, and establish relationships with companies and their representatives, thus allowing us to offer the widest range of brands, styles and overall selection to our customers. We recognize that purchasing power varies from woman to woman, and look to offer a cross section of price range to our customers.
Community Involvement: We live, work & play in our local community. We support non-profit organizations in their fund-raising efforts through sponsorship, donations to Silent Auctions and attendance at Fund Raising events as much and as often as possible. We focus on organizations that assist women to better their lives, and those that encourage health & fitness for all ages. Management and staff are encouraged to volunteer with local organizations as their interest and time allows.
