Our green coffee beans are sourced from small-lot farms around the world and meticulously roasted using the Aillio Bullet roaster. Profiles for each bean variety are carefully developed to bring out the best characteristics of individual beans and replicated in 1 kg micro batches to produce consistent results.

The majority of our coffees are roasted on demand to ensure the freshest coffee possible. When we receive your order, it’s added to the the queue and you will be notified when it’s ready for delivery or pickup (typically within a week).
