Canada faces an untenable shortage of housing and the conventional construction industry cannot keep up with demand. This results in increased prices, especially when labour and material costs continue to rise faster than inflation. Home ownership is out of reach of far too many Canadian families.
By automating the shell construction, we will reduce the cost of homebuilding, bringing home ownership back to an affordable level.
